We are not responsible for any damage that might occur in shipping the returned items back to us, so please make sure to adequately pack the merchandise being returned to us. No refunds are given for merchandise returned in unsaleable condition. This includes merchandise damaged in transit. If the product value exceeds $50.00, we recommend shipping it with insurance. 2.    No refunds are available for opened products unless there is a technical problem with the product preventing it from running properly on your equipment. In that case, we will need a full explanation of the nature of the problem. 3.     Returns must include your name and address and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If you have an extra copy of your sales receipt, please send that also. EXCHANGES:  If you want to exchange any item, we give full credit for items returned to us. The credit may be applied to the purchase of any of our other items available at the time. ***Please note that we do not refund the shipping and handling cost. *** We refund the shipping and handling cost only if the product you received was defective or was not the correct product that you ordered.  If you paid for your order by credit card, your refund will be issued as a credit to your card account.
